Your Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be a critical part of the leadership team, helping to organize and prioritize the work that drives McKenzie forward. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring proper prioritization and time management.
Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, such as presentations, reports, and agendas.
Handling email correspondence, screening for importance and urgency.
Assisting in organizing and managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and senior leadership.
Organizing company-wide events, such as meetings, team-building sessions, and leadership retreats.
Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ERP, CRM).
Ability to manage complex scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working in construction or millwork environments (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
