Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Exhibit Trade Show Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and evaluate our trade show and exhibit marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team to increase our brand awareness and drive lead generation at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive trade show marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
Develop and manage marketing budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Produce promotional materials, including brochures, banners, and digital assets to enhance brand visibility at events.
Develop strategies to capture leads during events, including the use of technology and follow-up processes.
Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of goals, messaging, and execution.
Analyze post-show event performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future events.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement events and marketing improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of trade show marketing experience with a successful events track record.
Strong digital marketing and social media skills and strategies to promote events.
Strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, CRM systems, and event management platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel to trade shows and events as needed.
