The Director of Sales will be instrumental in expanding the brand's market presence specifically in mid-tier majors and specialty stores, ensuring consistent brand representation, and achieving revenue goals.

7-10+ years in sales, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role within the fashion industry; experience managing accounts across various retail channels is essential. Established relationships with key department stores and specialty retailers, crucial for driving business growth.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a track record of driving results.
In-depth understanding of the fashion retail industry, particularly women’s apparel, and experience with department and off-price retailers.
Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities for managing contracts and partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proven history of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
