Your vision will drive the integration of advisor engagement, satisfaction, and business success. Developing and implementing the monetization strategy for advisors, including managing featured listings and optimizing revenue streams.
Platform Moderation:
Fostering a positive and engaging environment by actively monitoring advisor activities to ensure adherence to our community standards. Promoting high quality interactions by addressing concerns and providing support to help advisors stay compliant.
Supply and Demand Management:
Analyzing and managing the ratio of advisor supply to customer demand to ensure optimal platform performance.
Performance Analysis:
Conducting in-depth analyses of advisor-related metrics, such as top earnings, revenue from featured listings, and daily advisor activity, to inform strategic decisions.
Optimization:
Analyzing key performance metrics to identify and implement opportunities for optimization in advisor performance, inventory levels, pricing, and compensation.
Education and Coaching:
Driving advisor performance through the creation and implementation of education and coaching programs. Developing best practice guides, training materials, and presentations to enhance advisor skills and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Technology Collaboration:
Collaborating on advisor-related technology tools and platforms, ensuring they meet operational needs and drive performance improvements.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:Developing and executing strategic and operational objectives for the Advisor Services department. Overseeing key operational areas including advisor performance, coaching, inventory management, pricing, compensation, and support.
Collaborate with product team to provide feedback and insights on the development and enhancement of product features, ensuring they meet advisor needs and drive platform success.
Acting as a key stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to enhance conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
Your accomplishments thus far:7 or more years’ proven experience in a leadership role, with direct management of advisor or client teams.Significant experience in advisor management, client services, or a similar role, preferably within a platform or marketplace environment.Deep experience overseeing product features and enhancements, particularly those relevant to advisor or client platforms.Strong ability to develop and implement strategic and operational objectives.Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Collaborative and cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. here.We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.Salary Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
