In this role, you will be a player/coach, actively contributing to our codebase while leading and mentoring our software engineering team. As our Tech Lead, your core responsibility will be to drive technical excellence in our software development efforts while actively contributing to our codebase and leading the software engineering team. You will work across multiple teams, with emphasis on software, hardware, and product, to realize the world's first 3D woven products on the market. Your key responsibilities include:Lead and manage our software engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environmentConduct regular team meetings, retrospectives, and team-building activities to enhance cohesion and productivityMeet 1:1 with team members to provide mentorship, develop career paths, and create individual growth plansActively write code and collaborate with team members, improving overall code qualityLead the technical development and deployment of Vega OS, enabling the achievement of production targetsDesign and implement scalable software architectures that effectively integrate with our hardware systemsDrive the development of our fit, virtual try-on, and custom garment production softwareCollaborate closely with hardware and product teams to deliver integrated solutionsContribute to hiring and growing the software engineering teamIdeal Qualities
