Description:JOB PURPOSE:This position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Digital Patient Experience (PX) at Piedmont. As a visionary team member who works in a patient/consumer-led manner, you will be responsible for helping to develop the strategic roadmap and driving design, development, and implementation of innovative patient-facing digital solutions, process improvements, and leading change management to enhance the overall patient experience. Post-implementation, focusing on sustainability, performance, and optimization of your programs will be key.You will partner with key organizational and operational stakeholders to define the scope, implementation plan, metrics and mitigation plans for each initiative you lead. Digital solutions at Piedmont include but are not limited to: online presence, search, rating & reviews, website, app, electronic medical record platform (EMR), Customer Relations Management (CRM), marketing cloud etc. The manager will focus on several projects within these areas of the patient journey.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelors degree in healthcare, customer service/hospitality, business administration, engineering or closely related field is required.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Five (5) years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree OR three (3) years progressively responsible and relevant experience required with a Masters degree.ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide complex projects in a healthcare or commercial industry setting is strongly preferred.Exceptional organization skills required.Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present ideas in a clear and complete manner.
