New Story Brewing (NSB) is a new regional brewery with a bold vision launching in Tulsa, OK. We specialize in crafting sessionable lagers with an ABV of 5% or lower, designed to bring people together without overwhelming the palate. New Story also owns and brews other brands including Elk Valley, a series of traditional craft beers including IPAs and stouts. Rooted in the spirit of Oklahoma and the western frontier, our brand is built around tradition, community, and storytelling.“If we impact people and inspire stories, the beer will flow.”We are seeking a Sales Director to help launch our products into the Tulsa and Oklahoma City (OKC) markets. With an aggressive sales strategy and exciting growth opportunities, this role will be key to driving our expansion and increasing our brand presence in these vital markets. The ideal candidate will share our passion for craft beer, understand our unique product positioning, and be a skilled leader in building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.RESPONSIBILITIES:

NSB ‘s mission and product guidelines, focusing on expanding market presence in the Tulsa and OKC marketsDistributor and Retailer Relationships : Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts to ensure

NSB ‘s products are well representedMarket Expansion : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in untapped markets, using a deep understanding of the craft beer industry and consumer trendsProduct Education : Educate retailers and distributors on

NSB ‘s unique product offeringsSales Team Management : Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets, grow brand presence, and ensure exceptional customer servicePerformance Tracking : Use sales data, analytics, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure we hit our growth and revenue goalsCollaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand storytellingCollaboration with Production : Work closely with the production team providing quarterly and monthly projections, and collaborate to schedule product availability, releases, and special events or other partnerships that could impact demandQuality & Safety : Understand and adhere to safety standards and alert management to potential quality or safety concerns and participate in sensory analysis of productsQualifications:

5+ years experience in product sales, preferred beer or other beveragesProven experience in sales, preferably within the craft beer or beverage industryStrong understanding of the beer market, including both craft and commercial sectorsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with distributors, retailers, and internal teamsAbility to manage a sales team, set targets, and drive performancePassion for craft beer and a good grasp of NSB’s brand identity and product guidelinesData-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies based on performance metricsOther Requirements:

A clean driving record and a valid drivers licenseAbility to multitask and adjust to changing prioritiesAbility to work well both independently and within a team environmentStrong attention to detailWorking knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheetsMay be required to work evenings and weekendsBenefits & Compensation

Starting compensation is $42,000 – $50,000 salary, based on qualification plus commissions.Full-time employees are entitled to accrue PTO, starting rate 10 days / yearFull-time employees may also be eligible for:
