Alchemy is working with an established art gallery who are looking to appoint an Executive Director of Sales and Curation to join their team in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:
Liaise with art auctions, artists, and potential new artists.
Deliver vision and management on initiatives to reach sale targets.
Mentor and supervise staff in training and educate on sales and the art industry.
Provide strategies to maintain relationships with clients.
Implement strategy in order to sustain and maintain a large client base.
Developing, nurturing and sustaining new and existing relationships with collectors and industry professionals.
Manage a busy sales pipeline, generating sales and increasing revenue.
Grow the gallery client base and increase footfall within the gallery space.
Utilising a network of clients and contacts to promote exhibitions, events and sales.
Attend art fairs and other industry events, increasing brand awareness, conducting sales and networking with potential clients.
Requirements:
Experience and knowledge of managing a gallery.
Proven sales and leadership skills.
Experienced using CRM and online art platforms
Strong network of art contacts and ability to liaise with high-end clients.
MA in Art or another relevant subject is preferred.
