This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and grow their career.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Engagement (90% Inside, 10% Outside):Use Power CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule client appointments, leveraging Power CRM for efficiency.Respond to marketing-generated leads, website inquiries, and referrals, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to prospective clients, effectively addressing any questions or concerns.Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize sales collateral, presentations, and materials that support sales efforts.Engage with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities such as clinics, hospitals, and provider offices, both virtually and through occasional in-person visits.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities to expand market presence.Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering personalized service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, providing effective resolutions to enhance client experience.Sales Reporting & Analysis:Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, interactions, and performance metrics using Power CRM.Leverage PowerBI to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide regular performance and market insight reports to management.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales.Proven inside sales experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.Proficiency with Power CRM and familiarity with PowerBI.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approach to client engagement.Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.Self-starter with a successful track record in lead follow-up and sales development.
