In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals, skinbetter science). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.
The Senior Manager, CeraVe US Medical Communications – Pediatrics & Primary Care
is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the CeraVe medical communication strategy across the pediatric and primary care healthcare professional (HCP) audience. This role requires a strong marketing competency and the ability to thrive in a dynamic organization.
What You Will Do:
Oversees forecasting and management for an over $50MM healthcare professional (HCP) sampling program including partnerships with Demand Planning and Warehouse teams
Develops all CeraVe branded digital and print resources (sales aids, ads, emails, website content) across the pediatric and primary care HCP audience
Oversees planning, execution, and post meeting follow-up for national and regional pediatric and primary care medical congresses and scientific events
Liaises with the pediatric and primary care sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategy in the HCP environment
Manages PO submission, invoice tracking, medical promotion, and couponing programs
What We Are Looking For:
A completed Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or a Scientific/Technical area is required
5-7 years of experience in marketing, pharmaceutical/cosmetics experience preferred
Branded HCP and experience with digital marketing preferred
Dermatology experience is strongly desired but not required
Proven skills in: medical and/or consumer marketing, strategic thinking, project management and tactical execution, analytical thinking, financial and budget management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
Travel will be required nationally approximately 15-20% of the time (POA meetings, medical congresses)
The ability to be onsite, in the office as this is an essential function of the position (required)
Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent, ongoing basis, without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future (required)
What’s In It For You:
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + bonuses (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
