We are seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture department in Lynchburg, VA. This role is crucial in developing non-routine and complex projects, guiding the architectural design from the proposal phase through construction. As part of our architectural team, you will lead the design of various projects simultaneously, supported by junior architectural staff from across the company.

Requirements:
Experience : 7-15 years in all phases of architectural projects.
Education : Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university.
Certification : Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or able to obtain reciprocity within three months of the start date.
Skills : Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to mentor staff.
Attributes : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated.
Desirable:
LEED BD+C credential
Experience with government projects (federal, state, local)
