Director of Business Finance Full Job Profile
The Director of Business Office Finance at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), this position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial management, including collaboration with the Association Controller, supervising the accounts payable team, and ensuring accurate credit card reconciliations. The Director of Business Office Finance will work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and provide strategic support in achieving the overall mission of the YMCA.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience with non-profit financial management preferred.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
