Responsibilities

Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decisionDevelop relationships that enhance the potential for future growthSchedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreementsAct as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legalVisit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data

Qualifications

Must be comfortable cold-callingIndependent worker who is motivated and self-sufficientProven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease languageHave a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertisingProven negotiating and communication skills

Compensation

$125,000 at plan earnings
