ARG has recently partnered with a rapidly growing consumer products brand seeking to add a Finance Manager to their team. The company is dedicated to providing clean, effective skincare solutions that enhance natural beauty. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to support the company’s growth and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that influence decision-making and optimize financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals. Analysis & Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis to track performance against budget and forecast. Strategic Support:

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and investment decisions. Variance Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of variances between actual and budgeted performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, enhancing financial discipline across the organization. Strategic Insights:

Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investments. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CMA) preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or beauty industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach. What We Offer:
