The
Town of Estes Park
is seeking a motivated and dedicated public servant to serve as the next Finance Director/Treasurer.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who thrives in a working environment where they not only provide strategic oversight but also engage in the department's day-to-day operations. This individual will be highly skilled in government accounting, with a deep understanding of evolving rules and regulations, ensuring compliance while maintaining financial stability. The successful candidate must possess strong people management skills and be both approachable and hands-on with their team. A CPA and a solid technical background, especially with legacy systems such as HTE, will be beneficial. Experience with ERP systems and project management will also be highly valued as the department is transitioning to a new ERP system.
