Senior Finance Analyst

In this position, you will support various operating companies in a finance analyst role. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with company leaders to develop and maintain revenue and expense forecasts, as well as weekly cash forecasting. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the business unit and provide insights to the management team regarding monthly developments within the business segment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Generate forecasts and budgets; analyze trends in sales, operations, and other business areas.Analyze profit-and-loss statements and prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to management.Conduct research and analysis to provide management with financial data and recommendations for achieving profit objectives.Create scenario-based financial models for business planning across various areas/regions.Evaluate financial alternatives and recommend appropriate actions.Assess the effectiveness of programs by comparing results with original proposals.Conduct financial analysis using cash flow models and other tools (DCF, NPV, IRR) to support business and investment decisions.Collaborate with company leaders to maintain accurate expense forecasts.Monitor business costs and revenue trends in collaboration with management.Provide financial and analytical support to functional and program leaders to ensure understanding and accuracy.Perform other related duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.Proven and progressive financial and/or business analysis experience.Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant position.Experience with financial modeling and strategic planning.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
