Senior Financial AnalystAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting various business units, partnering with company leaders to develop and manage revenue and expense forecasts, as well as weekly cash projections. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of our business segments and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets; analyze trends in sales, operations, and other key business metrics.Review profit-and-loss statements and generate reports to communicate insights and recommendations to management.Perform detailed research and analysis to support management with data-driven financial insights and profit-maximization strategies.Build scenario-based financial models for effective business planning across multiple regions and departments.Evaluate financial alternatives and recommend strategic actions.Assess program effectiveness by comparing outcomes with initial projections.Utilize financial analysis tools, including cash flow modeling, DCF, NPV, and IRR, to support business and investment decisions.Collaborate with leaders to ensure accurate and up-to-date expense forecasts.Track and report on cost and revenue trends, working closely with management to ensure alignment.Provide financial and analytical support to functional and program leaders for improved decision-making and accuracy.Complete additional related duties as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.Proven experience in financial or business analysis, with 3-5 years in a similar role.Strong background in financial modeling and strategic planning.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role is ideal for a proactive financial professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and results-driven team.
