JR109610What you'll do:Manage the accounting for company payroll and provide key support to the team on payroll reconciliation.Partner with the benefit team to ensure accounting related to employee benefits are recorded timely and accurately.Work closely with the Sale Compensation team to manage the commission accrual and accounting for costs related to contracts with customers according to ASC 340.Partner with FP&A for the recording of the company corporate bonus expenses.Manage the monthly accounting close process including the preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fluxes, and accruals.Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage the process of providing them with required data for the quarterly reviews and annual audit.Develop and improve accounting processes and systems to drive efficiency and best practices.Participate in the development and review of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and analysis.Establish, implement, and administer internal control policies, procedures, and processes for accounting operations.Serve as the key business partner to both the SEC Reporting and FP&A functions.Participate in accounting and system integrations in M&A initiatives.What you'll need:Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in accounting from a four-year college or university.7+ years of accounting experience; CPA preferred.Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting under GAAP and SEC requirements.Excellent knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements including the ability to assess, develop, and implement internal controls.Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide solutions.Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and displays strong work ethic and ownership of responsibilities.Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
