This is not a one-person feat - it takes an extraordinary team with our Solutions Engineering team being a vital component.We are looking to bring on a talented Construction Specialist Solutions Engineer who can help ServiceTitan acquire new customers by utilizing a harmonic blend of sales skills, technical software expertise, accounting expertise, and a deep understanding of our customer’s business processes. A successful candidate must be able to distill complex information and concepts into simple to-understand and practical business contexts for the prospect in an empathetic and articulate manner. You are motivated by complex technical challenges and are determined to solve them while working with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment in presenting the best solutions for our customers.This role will be based in Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, or remote.What you’ll do:Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations of Construction-specific functionality and integrations with leading accounting packages (Quickbooks, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.) based on business processes and workflow of potential customers.Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if prospective customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features.Consult potential customers on the transition process adopting new operations software.Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based upon deep knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software and supported integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Professional Services on product roadmap strategy and onboarding/implementation best practices to scale customer acquisition and revenue activation.Create and maintain Construction enablement content geared towards the Sales org.Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos.Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team.Be the subject matter expert on any Construction related product updates and/or releases to address any potential implications for business owners.What you’ll need:3-5 years of experience in a Construction Relevant Business.Familiarity with Construction Accounting concepts.Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company.Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues.Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people.A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings into your day to day.Required Travel Expectation: 30-50%.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $119,700 USD - $136,300 USD + commissions. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
