This role is a part time position – for 2 or 3 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Accuracy, timeliness and ownership of all financial information, insight and commentaryLead the strategic planning and financial management of the group and its subsidiary companiesManagement reporting, forward planning, budgeting/forecasting, ad hoc analysis for the Board of Directors and Senior Management TeamDevelop and maintain financial systems, procedures and internal controlsDevelop, coach and lead the Finance team and their capabilities to deliver greater value to the organisationEnsure legal and regulatory financial complianceDesirable Skills:Fully qualified – ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedExcellent communication and presentation skillsPrevious experience within the sector and at a FD/ CFO levelAnalytically minded and a natural problem solverFarrer Barnes Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of age, race, gender, disability, creed or sexual orientation and complies with all relevant UK legislation.
