The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will partner with the Sr. Director, People and Culture to consult, coach, and manage assigned HR initiatives from start to end. The role is pivotal in ensuring the success of implementing SCAN's key values across the organization.You WillResponsible for advising senior leaders in day-to-day interactions with direct reports that includes talent management, compensation, performance, and driving SCAN's values.Consult with leadership to create comprehensive people plans to influence lasting and sustainable efficiencies.Solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions and serve as an integral part of assigned area(s) of the business, to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics.Analyze trends and provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity. Partner with HR senior leadership to support enterprise initiatives that involve program management, partner with COE that includes leaders outside of HR, and building people analytics and insights.As a core part of this role, this position will execute programs to support employees and leaders, including talent management, career planning, performance management, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, learning and development, recognition programs and strategic organizational development.Comfort in partnering with senior leadership to challenge status quo and push leaders to think holistically around talent development, succession, and performance management.Expert in Microsoft Programs to manage and build PPT and Excel templates for enterprise use.Support and may lead various HR related projects, deploying various change management practices.Actively support the achievement of SCAN's Vision and Goals.Other duties as assigned.Your QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study preferred. A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred.4-7 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruiting, compensation practices, performance management, and federal and state employment laws is required.Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidential information.Proven customer focus.Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to use PPT and Excel.Past experience with Workday.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.What's in it for you?Base Pay Range: $92,400.00 to $147,800.00 annually.Work Mode: Remote.An annual employee bonus program.Robust Wellness Program.Generous paid-time-off (PTO) in addition to 11 paid holidays per year, 1 floating holiday, birthday off, and 2 volunteer days.Excellent 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with employer match.Robust employee recognition program.Tuition reimbursement.An opportunity to become part of a team that makes a difference to our members and our community every day!We're always looking for talented people to join our team!
