The Opportunity:
Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer and competitive insights that inform positioning, go-to-market (GTM) programs, product strategy and accelerate revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning, and to ensure cross-functional alignment across GTM activities.
Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role will be critical in executing strategies that drive product adoption and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities:
Product Messaging and Content Development:
Define and execute on positioning, develop compelling messaging and support enablement of our customer-facing teams. Create high-quality, persuasive product content that aligns with consistent messaging throughout the customer journey, including pitch decks, case studies, sales collateral, and landing pages.
Product Launch and GTM, and campaign initiatives:
Drive activities that build brand awareness and product adoption at the top of funnel, highlighting Incode’s unique differentiation in solving customers’ IDV needs more effectively than those of the competition (e.g. increased conversions, better UX, end-to-end solution). Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to align with broader company strategy in supporting metrics in logo acquisition, adoption, retention and upsells in collaboration.
Sales and Customer Success Enablement:
Develop and ensure adoption of enablement materials that equip
sales and customer success teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Incode's products. Strategize and support enablement initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle, increase conversions and improve competitive win rates.
Market Analysis:
Become an expert in the industry thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform tactical product messaging and GTM activities. Help refine messaging and influence our product roadmap as part of a continuous feedback loop representing the voice of our customers – shaping what gets built and how we bring it to market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and drive execution across the business. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams and play a crucial role in rallying these teams across around shared goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
A strong background in developing and executing on product launch and go-to-market strategy.
Experience in a product marketing role within the B2B SaaS space.
You are a storyteller, with a demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and that drove GTM strategies to successful outcomes.
Proficiency in value-based selling, sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC, and the creation of product collateral and sales enablement materials aligned with such a sales mindset .

Strong ability to influence and enable cross-functional partners.
Solid analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Professional experience in marketing a technical B2B product and/or a sales background is beneficial but not required.
