The Board of Trustees of Ohio Christian University announces its search for the next president of the University. The Board of Trustees seeks a visionary leader with experience in academic and administrative roles. The next president must embrace and advocate the doctrinal position and educational mission of the University. Expressions of interest, nominations, or applications for the next President may be sent to the Search Committee as directed in this communique.ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY:Ohio Christian University was founded in 1948 and quickly became known as Circleville Bible College. It was established for the purpose of educating clergy for the Churches of Christ in Christian Union. While remaining true to its founders’ vision, Ohio Christian University has expanded its outreach by becoming accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It offers over 40-degree programs grounded in the liberal arts tradition and shaped by our Christian worldview. Academic programs range from associate and bachelor’s to various master’s degree options, as well as many certificates. The University serves residential undergraduate students, online students, high school dual-enrollment students, and graduate students. OCU remains committed to offering a complete education that develops students intellectually, professionally, and spiritually.
