Description:
New Hope Christian Academy and Early Learning Center is looking for a qualified, visionary candidate to lead the organization as the Head of School. The Head of School is the Chief Executive Officer. He/She is responsible for the overall operation of the school and answers to both the School Board and Lead Pastor. The Head of School oversees all operations along with visionary/strategic planning and execution. Candidates must demonstrate a strong vision for and evidence of spiritual growth both personally and for the organization. New Hope is a chartered, nonpublic school serving approximately 300 students ages 18 months through 12th grade. The school is located in the rural community of Circleville, Ohio. New Hope is a ministry of and aligns to the doctrine of the Circleville Heritage Church of the Nazarene.
General Responsibilities:
Implementation and periodic review of the mission, vision, values, and outcomes in partnership with all stakeholders
Develop, review, and implement a strategic and continuous improvement plan
Develop and oversee the annual budget for the organization
Lead a team of administrators in the daily operations of ELC-12th grade
Establish and maintain community and business partnerships in order to develop awareness and support of the school
Remain informed and involved in local, state, and national issues related to New Hope and private education
Engage with current families and establish strategies to recruit new families
Secure a variety of resources to support the school
Positively represent Christ and New Hope in the community
