Akeneo is blazing the trail for disruption of the PIM category. A key strategic initiative for the company is to expand Akeneo’s App Store, the hub for high-value integrations with hundreds of complementary third-party technologies (e.g., eCommerce, DAM, Search & Discovery) that make it easier for customers to improve their product experiences across every stage of their entire customer journey. To support this strategic initiative, the Strategy team is expanding. The Partner Solution Engineer will be a key member of the cross-functional team focused on Akeneo's App Store, working closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Product Management, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales, to drive awareness and adoption of both Akeneo-built and third-party built applications in the Akeneo App Store. The best candidate for this role is someone who sees problems as opportunities and blends technical expertise with strong communication skills. You would describe yourself as curious and passionate about finding and proposing solutions. You are extremely comfortable communicating both internally and externally with business and technical profiles. You are excited to go deeper into the technology ecosystem and evangelize partner needs, and to make an impact at Akeneo. Responsibilities: Customer demonstrations : be the primary point of contact for technical customer demonstrations of Akeneo’s integrations, join and support CSMs in delivering meaningful demonstrations to customers in a value-first manner. Internal enablement : support product marketing to enable prospect- and customer-facing teams. As an expert on Akeneo’s built apps and App Store integrations, support on enablement to ensure Solution Engineering team is equipped with proper messaging, demo-kits including scripts and story flows. Technology partner enablement : deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing partners, including Akeneo’s strategic ISVs SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe, about Akeneo’s own products, within the context of the partner’s solution, in order to support the Technology Partner Managers on the App Store & ISV team. Content creation : an interest in designing and thinking of new creative ways to generate awareness and adoption of apps in the Akeneo App Store through additional content like videos, blogs, etc.; support in the creation and maintenance of internal information. Partner advocacy : work closely with Product Management to gather feedback from partners on Akeneo-built integrations and advocate for enhancements or new features based on partner and customer needs and market trends. Contribute to programs and playbooks designed to enable partners at scale. Technical evangelism : represent Akeneo when conducting trainings, at events, and conferences to promote integrations and educate the broader community on Developer Experience at Akeneo. Strategic Technology Partners : build co-sell demo solutions with our key strategic partners including Salesforce, SAP, and Adobe. Custom App Development : be a leader in innovation at Akeneo by taking your own ideas and developing custom applications inside Akeneo Product Cloud for use by our customers. Qualifications

Excitement about the impact of partner ecosystems on business growth. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience in enterprise ecommerce, digital agencies, solutions engineering, or customer onboarding roles, with the versatility to support a broad range of industries and business types. Adaptability to thrive on change, perform effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor, and work across local, regional, and global.
