Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with experience in data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project management. This is an opportunity to make an impact by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support our clients’ strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical partners to understand project requirements, gather business needs, and define scope.Research & Analysis : Conduct business research and ad hoc analysis on product strategies and third-party vendors, providing insights that inform product development and client strategies.Requirements Gathering : Collect, document, and manage requirements, writing user stories and supporting Agile processes to ensure clarity and alignment.Project Management : Oversee project lifecycle activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and reporting issues to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project goals.Client Support : Assist with client inquiries and technical consultations related to product functionality and issues, serving as a key resource for client needs.UAT & Quality Assurance : Collaborate on user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate project outcomes, identify issues, and facilitate smooth deployment.Continuous Improvement : Develop and refine processes for tracking, administering, and communicating project progress, contributing to process improvement initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical roleProven experience with project management, requirements gathering, and Agile methodologyStrong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships and delivering technical information clearlyAbility to present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholdersFamiliarity with testing and quality assurance practices, including user acceptance testing (UAT)Preferred Skills:Google Data Analytics Certification or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with tools like Hootsuite and project management softwareExperience in technical environments or IT product deployments
