Eat. Sleep. Lead. Repeat: Our Chain Sales Director leads, manages and holds the Chain team accountable. This position is based out of Michigan's lower peninsula and is responsible for setting and executing the sales plan for chain accounts and coordinating the development and maintenance of corporate buyer relationships. We take great pride in choosing leaders who can handle the hard work, think strategically and create solutions, motivate their team to achieve goals, and show a passion for leading and developing others.

A Day in the Life:
Be a positive example of working hard and having fun
Lead and manage the Chain Sales team
Oversee and assist in selling ads, displays, and new points of distribution to chain buyers and verifying contract pricing, preparing reports and resolving issues
Build ownership and hold your team accountable
Consistently identify department opportunities for improvement and create plans for implementation
Maintain key chain corporate, supplier, and account relationships
Set and manage chain goals and department budget
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
Ensure chain sales opportunities are executed properly
Stay up-to-date on new products and the changing needs of the market
Attend all Leadership Development Training that Imperial provides
Requirements:
Enjoy a work hard/play hard culture
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Sales and Business Marketing
5+ years' experience in management
3+ years' beverage/corporate chain sales experience
21 years of age or older
Leadership skills to direct employees and oversee department operations
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various types of people
Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments
Must possess superior communication, presentation and customer service skills
Strong negotiating skills
Desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Display confidence, confidentiality, reliability, persistence, composure and professionalism
Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
Ability to attain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license
