Project Traffic Engineer/Planner

As a result, Mead & Hunt is looking for a Professional Engineer to join our transportation group. This opportunity is available in our Denver, Colorado office location.Responsibilities include:May serve as a project engineer, technical resource, and/or project managerPrepares engineering and design documents, computations, and quantity estimatesPrepares, analyzes and/or modifies reports, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, permits, and designs for projectsDevelops construction cost estimates for projectsPrepares and monitors budgets for specific tasks within assigned projectsResponsible for timely completion of specific tasks within assigned projectsMay direct or supervise other project staff's activities/MentorPerforms quality system tasks as defined in the quality manualVisits project sites to monitor progress and handles routine construction administrationAssists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projectsAttends client meetingsOther duties as assignedA valid driver’s license and some travel will be required.The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university AND a minimum of four (4) years related experience.
