OverviewAudacy Miami has an immediate opening for a Digital Sales Specialist to develop and sell its comprehensive digital products to new and existing clients. The Digital Sales Specialist will leverage 3rd party ad products including but not limited to extension, Search, OTT, Display, Digital Audio and Social Media. What You'll Do:The Digital Sales Specialist will support Media Sales Team on digital advertising sales callsIdentify and generate digital sales opportunities to grow digital revenue while working and supporting media sales reps within the team being a local Digital product expert.Responsible for developing new business in digital sales and achieving quota as assigned.Perform customer needs analyses (CNA) in the field to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectivesConsistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts.Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills, this individual is capable of looking ahead and managing client needs with precision planning and anticipation.Recommend specific digital products to support the different areas in the “sales funnel” and develop proposals to present to clientsLead digital sales trainings educating the local sales team on Audacy’s digital offerings and go-to-market strategiesQualifications
Required & Preferred:2+ years sales related experience preferred2+ years digital marketing experience preferred College Degree preferred.Proven success in building client marketing campaigns by utilizing digital platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video)Thorough understanding of advertising and marketingA creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on solving client needsStrong problem solving skills - you’re someone who identifies a problem as an opportunity to develop businessProficiency in MS Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace ProductsMust be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicatorA valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.Important Notes:
