Overview
Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Vein Physician to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott, AZ. This role will provide patient care in an outpatient setting and see patients for among other conditions venous and lymphatic disease and arterial/diabetic patients. Typical procedures include vein closures, RFA, venaseal, varithena, sclerotherapy and phlebectomy.
The ideal candidate:
Has excellent clinical skills.
Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients in the Prescott area.
Is a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospital.
Is duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
Is board certified or board eligible in their specialty.
Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators and patients.
Demonstrates advanced competency in their specialty.

Responsibilities
Position details:
Patient population - 65+
Monday-Friday Clinic 8 hours per day
Office patients: 20 patients daily follow up and new patients.
20-30 vein procedures per week
Outpatient clinic with one full time NP, one day per week physician (remote readings), 3 vascular ultrasound techs, 3 RN’s, 3 MA’s and 3 front office/ authorization clerks.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Completion of a residency in medicine in general surgery, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology in ACGME approved programs
Current BC/BE in Vascular Medicine, General Surgery or Phlebology
RPVI Registered
Wound Care experience/knowledge helpful
Valid state medical license as MD or DO
Valid DEA certificate
Experience preferred
Pay Range$131.23 - $156.25 /hour
