to join our growing Primary Care team with Priority Health in Peoria, Illinois.Position Details Include:Full-time positionJoin an established practice with a Family Medicine physician and experienced support staffPriority Health offers Family Medicine, Adult Medicine, and Pediatric services and offers x-ray and lab services onsiteClinic hours are Mon 8 AM – 7 PM, Tue – Thu 8 AM – 5 PM and Fri 7 AM – 3 PMFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordinationLocated on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public school districtsCarle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibilityEducation Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing or Physician AssistantLicensure/Certification Requirements:Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
