General Manager

to lead their

Dover, OH

location.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Lead plant operations to align with the CFP strategic plan and goals.

Champion the branch safety program.

Provide leadership and direction for all departments.

Meet goals set by the President and Shareholders.

Develop and oversee the branch budget.

Create and present reports on branch operations to the President and Shareholders.

Provide leadership to maintain Quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Direct and monitor Sales staff performance toward targets and goals.

Conduct performance evaluations.

Ability to read machining prints and determine process to produce parts.

Understand and operate in a union environment.

As General Manager of this facility, the role is involved in both office and machine shop settings. The GM will physically be in the plant and around machining equipment (CNC, Boring mills, Lathes, Machining Centers, etc.) and have extended periods of time seated at a desk working on a computer.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of management experience

Two year or four year engineering degree (mechanical)
