As Founding BizOps Lead at Anon, you'll shape our business operations and strategy while working closely with the co-founders. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, as you build and scale critical business functions during a period of rapid growth.Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Excellence
Own critical business functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and OperationsDevelop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiencyManage essential operations like payroll, expenses, contracts, and complianceBuild infrastructure and processes that enable company growthStrategic Leadership & Analytics
Partner with founders on company strategy and operational decisionsDrive data-informed decision making through robust metrics and KPIsLead strategic initiatives and special projects across the organizationDevelop and maintain key business reporting across functionsCross-functional Impact
Work closely with Product and Growth teams on company-wide initiativesBuild relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholdersDrive operational excellence across departmentsChampion efficient collaboration between business and technical teamsWhat We're Looking For
2-5 years experience as a founder or early employee at a startup; we will also consider management consulting or investment bankingTrack record of ownership and execution in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional organizational and project management skillsOutstanding written and verbal communicationProficiency with modern tools (Linear, Mixpanel, Notion, Google Sheets)Experience with AI tools and platforms is a plusWillingness to work nights and weekends with a high-commitment attitudeStartup or founder experience highly valuedCompensation & Benefits
