Bring your passion to our team, and let's make an impact together.Bring your experience and make a difference.As an Auto Glass Shop Manager on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:Managing the store to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and resolving customer escalations in a professional and timely mannerReading, understanding and analyzing monthly financial statements and making improvements as neededProactively coaching and developing team members to ensure success in their respective roles and identifying opportunities for recognition and developmentPurchasing inventory and products to sufficiently service customers to ensure efficiency while keeping in line with the budgetEnsuring all employees and team members strictly adhere to Portland Glass safety standards and conducting regular safety meetings/ regularly inspecting PPEOverseeing that correct procedures are used to ensure safe installations, meeting the designated specifications for automotive glass installationBring your skills and achieve success.(Required qualifications)Experience:
3 + years' prior experience in AUTO GLASS is REQUIRED!
Retail/shop management experience is preferred.Skills:
Ability to multi-task, exhibits flexibility and commitment to teamwork, displays a professional image, enthusiastically leads others, must have a valid Driver’s License, OSHA-10 certification or the ability to obtain one through Portland Glass, proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of automotive glass.Education:
High school diploma/GED is required, associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.Physical requirements:
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, sit, and climb stairs; must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.Bring your work ethic and gain stability.Pay:
Based on experience. Annual bonus of up to
$9,500!Schedule:
Full-time, with some Saturday availability.Benefits:
