This role is for the AirKey team, part of the Emerging Payments & AirKey group at Capital One. AirKey is a new method of authentication, effectively turning the payment card into a hardware authenticator, that can help reduce fraud and drive customer engagement for banks and other third parties. The AirKey team is focused on building a new commercial business based on this proprietary technology developed and patented by Capital One. As a Director of Product Management on the team you will lead a team of product managers and work closely with tech on strategy and implementation of AirKey with commercial partners. You will determine the product roadmap based on feedback and analysis from internal and external partners.In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:Human CenteredYou’ll deeply immerse yourself in knowing your internal and/or external customer(s) by employing empathy and design thinking to define broad-scale solutions that provide breakthrough leverage.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 7 years of experience in digital product management.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
MBA or Master’s degree.
5+ years of experience in Agile product management.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
