Job Overview
As a Resort Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of all resort facilities and services.
Duties
Manage all aspects of resort operations including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, catering, maintenance, grounds, and golf operations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure high-quality customer service.
Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain the resort's standards.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on full-service resorts.
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Knowledge of human resources practices.
