Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned IT Architect who will become part of the technical architecture team designing digital solutions within the Market Access and Revenue Management (MARM) value team. Our MARM IT team operates as a business partner proposing and realizing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help our business to be more productive and enable innovation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual responsible for the execution of the information architecture strategy in MARM. You will be responsible for integrating with key programs across the value team and the enterprise to implement the information architecture strategy and processes in a consistent manner. You will be playing a key role in cooperation with the product and delivery teams to ensure that we build solutions that are fit for purpose, provide optimal user experience, meet technology and security standards, are cost efficient, and scale to our future aspirations.Primary Responsibilities:Design and own the solution architecture for digital products within MARM value team.Act as a key member of strategic programs and product delivery teams to ensure that the proposed architecture is implemented correctly and works as intended to drive business value.Train, assist, and mentor technical delivery teams to understand, embrace, and successfully implement the MARM digital solutions following the architecture strategy to maximize quality, delivery efficiency, user experience, and scalability.Enrich traditional solution architecture diagrams with business context, such as capabilities and processes.Map end to end process to data flows across integrated information systems, concentrating on entities, their attributes, and their inter-relationships and transformations, across the MARM functional areas.Work with other MARM value team architects to drive consistency in solution architecture and a common architecture vision and strategy across the value team.Apply the information architecture tool set used to document and manage information architecture assets including data governance.Stay up to date on technology trends and set the architecture runway for the emerging business opportunities.Facilitate appropriate training and communication sessions on MARM information architecture.Integrate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure MARM value team alignment to our company information architecture across research, manufacturing, and commercial.Collaborate with a matrixed team of direct and indirect resources driving information architecture across the organization.Required Experience and Skills:Background in computer science, Information Technology, or related work experience.6+ years in Information Technology.3+ years of experience in systems integration and solution architecture.Strong understanding of information architecture principles.Demonstrated experience with business analysis and end-to-end business and system process design.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies.Strong leadership, and team collaboration skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, influencing skills.Hands on development background.Preferred Experience and Skills:Understanding of commercial business processes in healthcare: Market Access, Product Launch & Pricing, Gross-to-Net, Commercial Trade Channels, Parallel Trade, Patient Access.Experience in database technologies, data modeling, master data management, data warehousing and reporting, business process management.Experience with the following technologies: SAP (Order-to-Cash, Account-to-Report), Appian BPM, AWS, Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate & Sharepoint, ThoughtSpot, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, WordPress VIP, Databricks.Experience working in a global diverse environment.Experience in project management and delivery.Experience in securing and managing access to sensitive data.Vendor management experience.Use of AI and GenAI to automate and streamline business processes.What we offer:Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment.Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally.Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern (e.g., even 80% full-time is possible in justified cases).Pension and health insurance contributions.Internal reward system plus referral program.5 weeks annual leave, 5 sick days, 15 days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, 40 paid hours annually for volunteering activities, 12 weeks of parental contribution.Cafeteria for tax-free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, Lítačka, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card.Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora, and Mall.cz discount programs.Up-to-date laptop and iPhone.Parking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music corner.Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more.Ready to take up the challenge?
