Senior Technical Product Manager

Animal Health IT Supply Chain partners with business colleagues to ensure world-class supply of products, focusing on improving reliability and agility in product supply. As the Supply Chain Technical Product Manager, you will lead the planning and drive the product roadmap, prioritize technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of supply chain business process knowledge, supply chain and ERP systems functional knowledge, and technical knowledge of underlying system data structures and processes. This role is crucial in growing the overall capabilities of the Supply Chain and related Systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communications and strategies to ensure awareness and education of Supply Chain technical products, with a focus on end-to-end connectivity of the demand management process and tools.Ensure seamless interfacing logic towards core planning system SAP and assess feasibility and effort to build the solution.Gather business requirements for new solutions in design sprints and develop quality solutions using agile and scalable methodologies.Monitor and enhance adoption and usage of Supply Chain products to improve business outcomes and communicate results to key decision-makers.Provide ongoing support for capabilities built, including training documentation and product guides, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams.Research and evaluate capabilities and technologies, making recommendations aligned with the company’s strategic goals and improve business decision-making abilities.Ensure solutions are aligned with global initiatives while flexible enough to meet local needs and embrace the diversity and global nature of the team.Qualifications

(Education minimum requirements subject to change based on country)BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Supply Chain preferred.5+ years of working experience in Agile development methodology, configuring and/or developing supply chain technology, and leading change and stakeholder management.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Advanced Beginner to Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience with database management systems such as MySQL and SQL Server.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R.SAP and Aera Technology expertise.Experience with data visualization software such as Power BI.Understanding of AI/ML capabilities.Business acumen in demand planning process and statistical forecasting models.Project management skills.What we offer
