Must have hands-on experience working with Windchill PLM & ESI IntegrationSolid proven background across all phases of a Solution Delivery MethodologySound understanding of latest Windchill architecture, features, application interface framework including CAD interfacesDetailed exposure to PTC PLM product future roadmapPLM integration to Oracle R12 EBS using Windchill ESI module (TIBCO)PLM Integration to Learning Management System and Manufacturing Execution System using Oracle Weblogic middlewareDesign and development of the UDI (Universal Device Identifier) capabilities by integrating PLM systems with Master Data Management systemTIBCO, LDAP (AD)SOA, Web Services, JMS, JPACFR21 Part 11, ComplianceGood understanding of Energy Product Development business processesAbility to assess the business problems and derive scope in terms of its technical implementationAbility to design scalable, reusable and robust solution frameworksAbility to articulate solution ideas with absolute clarity, good communication and presentation skillsAbility to redesign existing systems to improve operational/business efficiencyAbility to demonstrate technical leadership by guiding the team in critical/challenging technical issuesAbility to participate and provide guidance in technical review sessions for critical projectsAbility to define and evaluate technical competencies required for different types of customer requirementsAdditional Information
