This position is for an experienced Systems Analyst to be responsible for producing and managing very complex software builds/releases of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Electronic Warfare product. This job requires a strong understanding of the software build and release process and excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. It offers the chance to be a key player on a large program and to interface with multiple cross-discipline engineering and management teams.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, with at least 4 years of related work experience

Current Secret Security Clearance (active within 2 years)

General experience with software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

Understanding of the software build and release process

Hands-on experience in producing and managing complex software builds/releases

Experience working with cross-discipline engineering teams

Ability to be detail-oriented

Committed to producing a high-quality product

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of Electronic Warfare Domain

Dynamic interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $92,290 - $156,860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
