Collaborate with the Walmart Connect Sales and Marketing teams for the development, execution, and delivery of short and long-term customer insights needs to influence media investment strategies and business growth opportunities. Utilize Tableau, Looker, and Adobe Analytics to extract web engagement data. Provide valuable insights into user behavior and customer insights. Write SQL queries and utilize Google BigQuery to extract transactional and campaign-related performance data. Conduct data analysis using Python. Develop and execute data analysis processes and summarize and interpret the results. Utilize Python to develop machine learning models (e.g., Regression, Time Series, Natural Language Processing, Classification, Segmentation, and Deep Learning) tailored to the company’s business scenarios. Develop, enhance, and produce various prediction and machine learning models to generate behavior shopper insights, target audiences, and optimized customer journeys. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create data visualizations, charts, and graphs for impactful reporting. Develop project management plans in Excel to ensure efficient project executions. Craft compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate analysis findings, insights, and recommendations effectively. Identify issues, create hypotheses, execute the analysis, and translate data into meaningful insights and actions. Present concrete hypothesis-driven impactful deliverables that clearly answer the so-what questions from advertisers. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required:
Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field;
OR
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.Skills required:
Experience querying transactional and campaign data using Google BigQuery. Experience programming in Python/R. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using Tableau. Experience using Business Intelligence tools, including Looker. Experience gathering web performance data using Adobe Analytics. Experience with SQL. Experience with Hive/Hadoop. Experience building machine learning models.
