Lead the development and enhancement of moderately complex products. Create and manage roadmaps, gather requirements, and analyze customer data. Translate insights into actionable initiatives, prioritize backlogs, and oversee feature rollouts. Define and manage strategy and objectives for products and identify market opportunities through research and competitive assessments. Develop business cases and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate on planning, testing, and implementing solutions. Contribute to user training documentation, coordinate operations for end-user training, and drive implementation processes. Deeply understand business processes, take ownership of project delivery, and support process updates. Demonstrate functional knowledge of the business unit. Leverage advanced data analysis tools to explore complex data, influence decision-making, and present insights. Identify and drive technology changes for improved capabilities. Proactively engage with team members, analyze stakeholder needs, and foster a collaborative "one team" approach to achieve business goals. Organize thoughts effectively, communicate confidently, and present persuasively. Utilize relevant data to articulate results and provide recommendations. Actively listen, seek feedback, and contribute valuable ideas. Demonstrate understanding of technology landscapes, existing systems, and software quality assurance methodologies. Drive informed discussions with engineering teams, assess feasibility, and prioritize efforts. Apply domain-specific methodologies and best practices, compare product maturity within the subdomain, and identify innovation opportunities. Demonstrate awareness of new processes and automation techniques in the domain. This position does not supervise employees.Minimum education and experience required:
Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management;
OR
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.Skills required:
Experience with Stakeholder Relationship Management. Experience with Product Vision and Strategy development. Experience executing competitive analysis. Experience building and evaluating business cases. Experience with the Product Discovery Process. Experience specifying, prioritizing, and communicating product specifications. Experience supporting the implementation of business solutions and identifying business needs. Experience with design thinking and process optimization. Experience with Product Implementation and Deployment. Experience defining, tracking, and improving key product metrics using Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience with Product Roadmap and Development and managing priorities. Experience supporting data analytics for products and features using PowerBI, Excel, and Tableau. Experience influencing and managing Stakeholder Consensus. Experience owning testing for products and features and driving discussions using Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, SQL, and Python. Experience comparing product maturity within subdomains and identifying gaps.
