Commercial Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior-to mid-level associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience to join a Commercial Litigation Group of a leading national litigation firm. The candidate would work on a variety of matters in state and federal court and work with some of the largest and well-known companies across a broad range of industries.Qualifications:Experience in complex commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, business disputes, corporate governance, class actions, antitrust, false advertising, and/or securitiesA strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school and having graduated in the top 30% of the classMust be admitted to practice law in the state of CaliforniaCourtroom experiencePrior experience with an AM Law 100 firm, preferredExcellent communication skillsExceptional work ethicThe expected annual salary for this position ranges from $235,000 – $270,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in an excellent performance and hours-based bonus program.
