What you'll doThe VP, B2B Product Management role will lead project management teams focused on the B2B customer segment. Leveraging customer feedback, data, and P&L experience, this person will understand how to create and build successful products. The ideal candidate will have a player/coach mentality with leadership experience in enterprise SAAS products and have demonstrated excellence in building and managing agile product development teams. You will drive a unified product strategy and roadmap with the aim of driving the delightful DocuSign experience to all our customers and partners.This role requires extensive collaboration both internally and externally. Key partners will include Product Pillar owners, Platform services teams, product marketing, business development, sales, customers, and partners. The right candidate will continue building our culture of accountability and empowerment while bringing new ideas to drive agility and velocity of deliverables with quantifiable results.This position is a people manager role reporting to the Chief Product Officer.ResponsibilityShape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers enhanced value for our B2B customer segmentConnect with our customers and be the champion and voice of our customers translating their needs into actionable recommendationsDrive the organization to deliver on short term goals while balancing long term strategic vision and other partner and portfolio needsPartner with product marketing, sales, design, engineering, data, etc. to bring successful products and services to market that provide a delightful experience to our customers and establish a strong foundation for a long-term relationship with DocuSign

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $258,600.00 - $410,450.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $244,100.00 - $365,250.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits .
