Under the general direction of the Sr. Director IT, the SPM primary responsibilities will be the oversight of all NextGen PM and EMR installations throughout the RMG Network. Additional responsibilities are the day-to-day management of all employed physician offices. Furthermore, the position is responsible for managing a variety of projects for varying operational functions with a clear beginning and end. The Senior Project Manager should relinquish responsibility for projects at their end (implementation date). An example of an activity that this position would not be responsible for would be the ongoing maintenance of system after its implementation.Education and / or Experience:Experienced with SharePointExperienced with Jira3 years of Project Manager/IT SettingHighly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.Process Improvement, workflow benchmarking and/or evaluation process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to large audiences required.Must be detail-oriented.Proficiency with systems and a variety of software applicationsAbility to work in a team environmentLeadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills requiredBroad knowledge of business functionsAbility to influence, motivate, and lead stakeholders from various business units to meet agreement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance involvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction and improved compliance.Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants. Establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implantation oversight.Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports.Supports the project work by utilizing project management software.Collaborates with other Project Managers as needed.Prepares communications and presentations to all levels of the organization.Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business.Assists in building process improvement and project management skills and serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives.All other duties as directed by management.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $82,000.00 annually - $100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.As one of the fastest growing Independent Physician Associations in Southern California, Regal Medical Group, Lakeside Community Healthcare & Affiliated Doctors of Orange County, offers a fast-paced, exciting, welcoming and supportive work environment.
