The Project Manager will administratively support regional leadership by managing and tracking deliverable, managing project deadlines, driving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure direct and indirect reports meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basisDevelop and implement training materials; regional processes and proceduresLead strategic projects; direct the work of regional management; establish and delegate deadlinesDevelop and support the implementation of performance improvement plansCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverablesPartner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvementCreate, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboardsProvide administrative support as assigned by the region, to include submitting travel arrangements, printing, copying, processing invoices and submitting expense reportsPrepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requestedQUALIFICATIONS:Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related fieldAssociate’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experienceAdministrative management experience in an office settingHighly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applicationsAbility to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentationsDemonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metricsAbility to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive managementBONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):Project management experienceBENEFITS:Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
