We’re in the business of creating transformational technology and business solutions using our decades of expertise creating unique travel programs and products combined with next generation technology.Job Summary:The Director, Business Development and Partner Management (Cruise, Tour and Trade) is responsible for driving positive results in revenue growth, profit enhancement, demand creation, and relationship development. This position will balance strategic business development with ensuring best practices and collaboration across business units. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a strong background in the cruise industry.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the SVP, Strategic Cruise Programs & Trade Relations to align business development initiatives with overall company strategy.Identify new opportunities and build strong client relationships, develop existing business and acquire new partners while managing the account.Develop influential partner relationships with key decision makers resulting in the company being able to gain a competitive advantage on sales opportunities.Grow and maximize profit opportunities for assigned partners.Drive programs, strategies, and solutions to deliver results.Build lasting relationships with your assigned partners to maximize margin characteristics, opportunities, topline, and bottom-line growth.Develop and grow relationships with partners and comprehensive programs that meet identified KPIs and gain market share.Collaborate across the company’s functional areas to create a winning combination of products, support, and processes that drives maximum success with our selling channels for our business, partners, and key suppliers.Collaborate and align with the Sr. Director, Account Management on best practices and account management processes.Build partnerships with key decision makers up to C-level and across all functional areas at assigned partners to grow sales and market share through various programs and communications activities.Be the point of contact between the company and its cruise, tour, and trade partners.Ensure the appropriate groups are effectively engaged with our partners to drive use of the products.Drive increased margin with partners to maximize the company’s revenue and customer benefits.Act as a point of contact between the company and its cruise, tour, and trade partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Cruise experience is required.4-6 years’ work experience supporting partners as a Supplier Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, and/or Vendor Relationship Manager or similar role(s).Supporting and understanding cruise and/or tour products and suppliers.Solving complex problems.Contributing to process improvements.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with experience in communicating with and presenting to business partners/clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management.Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing and presenting client data across multiple audiences.Ability to lead and drive multiple competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced and complex environment.Demonstrated ability to think strategically yet maintain contact with day-to-day performance.**Travel Requirements: 25% - Domestic USA and International as needed.What We Offer:Exclusive Team Member Travel Discounts.Affordable Medical Insurance.100% Employer Paid Dental and Vision Insurance.HSA with Company Contribution.FSA.401(k).Basic and Voluntary Life & AD&D.Pet Insurance.Covered Parking.Amazing Culture!Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting).ONE
