Your Mission
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for providing dynamic and effective leadership to drive operational excellence and maximize results within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, strong leadership skills, and a track record of success in leading teams to achieve exceptional results. They should have a process-driven mindset, a background in manufacturing assembly, and a demonstrated ability to implement Lean process philosophy. The COO should have experience leading change, whether it's a successful turnaround, greenfield establishment, or managing high growth or rapid shrinking situations. Cashflow focus, maximization mindset, and the potential to grow into a President role are key aspects of this position.

Change Management: Successfully lead change initiatives within the organization, whether it's turning around underperforming operations, establishing greenfield projects, or managing high growth or rapid shrinking situations.
Cashflow Focus and Maximization Mindset: Demonstrate a strong focus on cashflow management and a mindset of maximizing operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.
President Potential: Show potential and aspiration to grow into a President role, with the ability to think strategically and lead the organization towards its long-term goals.

Supply Chain Logistics Experience: Experience in supply chain logistics is considered a plus, with the ability to optimize the movement of materials and products across the organization.
