Full-timeJob Type (exemption status): Exempt positionSalary Range: 76,245.00-108,000.00Business Function: Program ManagementAt Western Digital, our vision is to power global innovation and push the boundaries of technology to make what you thought was once impossible, possible.As a Global Talent Acquisition Reporting Analyst based in the United States, you will provide and transform data into information that can be utilized to make business hiring decisions and actions. This includes acquiring data from multiple sources, developing reporting and dashboards, correcting reporting issues and working closely with the People Intelligence team. This position requires working cross-functionally to understand evolving business needs and requirements.Responsibilities:Support in the creation and ongoing generation of reporting such as scorecards, and other reporting needsCollaborate with partners to analyze data and improve company priorities including understanding hiring trends both internal and marketplace, internal mobility, etc.Utilize reporting and analytics to support leadership goals and initiativesConduct data analysis, identify insights, and make strategic recommendationsPull data from various platforms to drive optimization and improve data qualityPrepare data for presentations and present data to various stakeholders from the C-suite to data colleagues in multiple presentation waysQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or other analytical field of study preferred.Experience with performance metrics, data analytics and process improvement.Solution oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with workforce planning preferredExcellent organizational, communication and presentation skillsProficiency with analytical and HR & hiring technologies and platforms (for example Tableau, Power BI, Workday, SmartRecruiters) (2+ years: Tableau, Power BI, Data analytics)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially ExcelCommitment to quality and attention to detailKnowledge of Talent Acquisition preferredExperience with a global technology matrixed organization preferredWestern Digital is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate based on their race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, genetic information, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
