Zillow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for its Seattle, WA office.Job Duties:Use advanced analytics and causal inference techniques to gain a clearer picture of customer behavior.Collaborate with team members across product, engineering, marketing, and operations to develop evidence-based approaches to finding gaps in the customer experience.Build compelling data stories and visualizations to influence decision makers.Design and implement A/B tests, perform regression modelling, and provide recommendations for product roadmap.Serve as a mentor and resource to other data scientists on the team.Tackle unique challenges posed by business-to-business product development and go-to-market.Query multi-terabyte-sized noisy data sets such as clickstream data.Minimum Requirements:Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Three years of experience in each of the following: Querying data sets using SQL or Python programming languages; Product analytics; Experimentation and Causal Inference; Probability and Statistics; and Data Visualization.Alternative Requirements:Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
